The optimum
combination
For over a decade Metzerplas’s SP threaded fittings
system has successfully proven itself. The SP threaded
connectors provide a complete system of pipes and
fittings for installations of any commercial or home
piping system, inside and out, for plumbing, heating,
compressed air, and more. These threaded connectors
allow the optimum combination of ease and functional
efficiency, thus supplying the means to successfully
meet all your different piping needs.
A stable seal
After insertion of the connector into the pipe, the
threaded nut is then tightened on to the pipe end, which
produces pressure on the connector sleeve. This sleeve
presses against the pipe, producing a sure, strong and
stable seal. The connecting nut is removable, whereas
the inserted connector remains firmly placed in the
pipe, and thus enables its use with other fittings
without loss in the integrity of the connection.
